Abstract Instruction for presenters

General Guidelines - Abstract submission deadline is September 18th, 2012 – Abstract must be prepared in English. We prefer abstracts prepared using Microsoft Word. Use Times New Roman font, 12 point. Titles of abstracts are limited to 250 characters. Abstract text should contain a maximum of 500 words. Please include authors' names and affiliations within the abstract body. Do not include references, credits or grant support; however, these should be acknowledged within your presentation. Please refer the Word file attached as a sample of abstract (this Word file was prepared for a previous meeting). All confirmed abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts. Abstract submissions will only be accepted via e-mails at tgfb2012symposium@gmail.com.

When you submit your abstract, we will send you a reply mail of receipt. Please contact us if you do not receive the mail within 3 working days.

The personal information you enter in this abstract submission system will be used and safeguarded as indicated below.
1. Use of personal information The Secreatriat will use the personal information you provide in this application for the following purposes
- Communicating the results of the review and providing program information about the Meeting
- Preparing items for the Meeting such as the Abstract book.
- All other operations necessary for management of the secretariat of the 2nd International Symposium by JSPS Core-to-Core Program
2. Disclosure to third parties We will not disclose your personal information to any third party without your permission.
3. Disclosure, correction, and deletion of personal information Please contact us at tgfb2012symposium@gmail.com to disclose or correct any of the information you have entered into the abstract submission system. All personal information will be deleted when no longer required for the operation of the Meeting.
