Abstract Submission Guidelines

【Submission Period】Deadline is Oct.17(Fri), 2014 (Japan Time)

【Presentation style】Oral presentation on PC is principally scheduled.

Abstract Registration

【PC requirement】
Please ensure "Cookie" and "JavaScript" are activated during the on-line registration system process. If they are not activated, your registration is failed. Please contact abstract registration system administrator if some questions.

【How to register】

1. Please click “New abstract registration” shown below on the website.
2. Please enter required information and abstract text with using character code such as ”Break”, “Italic”, “Bold” referred to “Instructions”. Your keying text is shown below as “real time preview”, so you can check and enter simultaneously. When you entered all information, please click “confirm” button. So you will see all information you entered. If it is correct, please click ”Determination” button. If you wish to edit before determination, please click “ Back” button and enter information again.
3. When you completed information, you will receive an e-mail of registration acceptance and password, which means you accomplished the abstract registration. We strongly recommend to save the e-mail in which password is informed. The password is required to browse view/edit.
4. You are allotted 2,500 characters, (※Poster Presentations: Less than 1,300characters) without figure, for the text of your abstract. The abstract must be written in English. The Abstract Title should be in English within 100 characters.

How to confirm/Edit

Please click “View/Edit” button, and enter your password, then you can confirm or edit your abstract text. Confirmation or correction is available till the deadline.

Note for Abstract Submission

There is a condition that we can contact your e-mail for the abstract submission. Therefore your contact e-mail address is mandatory.
The submitted abstracts will be directly reflected in printing. Therefore, please carefully read “instructions” and make sure all the information is correctly registered before the deadline. Any figures are not accepted.
【About Poster Award】
Only studnts can be applied to poster Award applicants.

Acceptance/Reject Notice

It will be notified to your e-mail or on the website. This result is determined by the chairman.
